 What a transformation this Master Bath took on!  There was a lot going for the eye to settle on in here.  It  was really a challenge to bring it all together and make it flow to the Master Bed Room, however, the end result was amazing!  The client desired for the master bedroom and and bath to flow and bring the colors together along with it still being cozy and not showing the wear of everyday living.

The color we chose for the wall is Benjamin Moore, AF-670; Nightingale, in an egg shell finish.  This color allowed harmony between the slate gray tile floor with a lighter grout color, the accent glass tile surrounding the beautiful garden tub, and light brown/tan granite counter top.  It also allowed us to bring the room more to scale and not focus so much on all the colors, but giving your eye peace.  We added an area rug for warmth under the double sink, but this also neutralized much of the dark slate gray tile and brought in our accent color from the granite counter top.  We also added another area rug in front of the standing shower, however, this is was in the same color as the tile.  It contained a tone on tone patter matching the larger area rug.  By adding a medicine cabinet above the toilet and moving the towel bar to above the garden tub we really accented the 9' ceilings.  Adding the personal touches in grays and browns draws your eye around the room easily without confusion.  We personalized the space for the client by adding cute baby photos of their son under the newly purchased art work.  The new shower curtain contained the dark and light colors of the bathroom without competing for attention within the room.

The end result of this makeover was HARMONY among the colors within the room.  I believe you will agree that L M Cline's helped this client achieve a more elegant Master Bath that compliments the Master Bed Room perfectly (pictures to be loaded next).
